  Jay brings 3 decades of software engineering and technical leadership experience. His expertise in technical strategy and digital product delivery has driven successful launches, including a blockchain-based rideshare service, an international car-insurance telemetry product with over 3m customers, and a mobile e-commerce app with over $2bn revenue. Jay combines hands-on coding experience with a proven ability to align technology and business goals, ensuring innovative and reliable solutions.

  Over 13 years of experience in high-growth, VC-backed startups within tech and media. With expertise in FP&A, he has built and optimized finance functions and scaled businesses from seed to Series-C stages.

  Dan Tarman

  Head of Marketing

  Dan is a highly regarded counselor to CEO’s, c-suite executives and boards of directors and seasoned communications and media strategist. He is a brand strategist, a crisis expert, and a multi-faceted professional with experience in every communications and marketing discipline, across industries. Dan has been ranked twice by PRWeek as one of the fifty most powerful people in the PR industry. He is a hands-on practitioner who builds and protects brands and reputations. His corporate roles have included serving as Chief Communications and Brand Officer at eBay where he was responsible for the company’s brand strategy and all global communications, leading a team of 150 personnel. Dan was a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team and reported to the CEO. He also was the Chair of eBay.org, the company’s philanthropic foundation.
